In these Terms and Conditions, the following definitions apply unless the context clearly requires otherwise:

• "Platform" means the bg99.vip website, all associated subdomains, mobile applications, and any other digital service operated under the bg99 brand.
• "We", "Us", "Our" refers to bg99 and its authorised operators responsible for the management and operation of the Platform.
• "You", "Player", "User" refers to any individual who accesses, registers on, or places a bet through the Platform.
• "Account" means the registered player account created on bg99.vip by an eligible individual.
• "Balance" means the total real-money funds held in a Player's Account, denominated in Bangladeshi Taka (৳).
• "Bonus Funds" means any promotional credits, free bets, or non-withdrawable incentive amounts added to a Player's Account in connection with a promotion.
• "Bet" or "Wager" means a real-money stake placed on any sporting event, casino game, or other outcome available on the Platform.
• "Wagering Requirement" means the number of times Bonus Funds must be bet before they become eligible for withdrawal, as specified in the relevant promotional terms.
• "KYC" means Know Your Customer verification — the process by which bg99 confirms the identity and eligibility of a Player prior to processing certain transactions.
• "BST" means Bangladesh Standard Time (UTC+6), the applicable time zone for all time-sensitive operations on the Platform.

By accessing the Platform, creating an Account, or placing any Bet, you unconditionally agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions in their entirety, together with our Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming Policy, each of which is incorporated herein by reference.

If you do not agree with any provision of these Terms and Conditions, you must immediately cease using the Platform and close your Account if one has already been created.

These Terms and Conditions constitute the entire agreement between you and bg99 with respect to your use of the Platform and supersede all prior agreements, representations, warranties, and understandings, whether written or oral, relating to the same subject matter.

To register an Account and use the Platform, you must satisfy all of the following eligibility requirements at all times:

• You must not be subject to any self-exclusion agreement or cooling-off period, whether imposed voluntarily or by bg99.
• You must not be acting on behalf of any third party, business entity, or syndicate when placing Bets or managing an Account.
• You must have the full legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement under the laws applicable to you.

bg99 reserves the right to request proof of age, identity, and residency from any Player at any time. Failure to provide satisfactory documentation within the timeframe specified by bg99 may result in suspension of Account access and withholding of pending withdrawals pending verification.

Each eligible individual is permitted to hold exactly one (1) registered Account on the Platform at any given time. The registration of duplicate, multiple, or shared Accounts is strictly prohibited and will result in the suspension or permanent closure of all associated Accounts.

During the registration process, you are required to provide accurate, current, and complete information including your full legal name, date of birth, residential address, and valid contact details. You agree to promptly update this information if it changes at any time following registration.

• You must not impersonate any other person or use false identity information during registration.
• Accounts registered using temporary, disposable, or fraudulently obtained contact details will be closed without notice.
• You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your Account login credentials, including your username and password.
• You must notify bg99 immediately at [email protected] if you suspect that your Account has been accessed without your authorisation.
• bg99 is not responsible for any losses resulting from your failure to maintain the security of your login credentials.

bg99 reserves the right to refuse any Account registration application, or to close an existing Account, at its sole and absolute discretion, without being required to provide a reason for such refusal or closure.

All deposits and withdrawals on the Platform are processed in Bangladeshi Taka (৳). bg99 does not charge fees on standard deposits or withdrawals; however, your payment provider may apply their own transaction fees, for which bg99 accepts no responsibility.

Accepted deposit methods include: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, Dutch-Bangla Bank mobile banking, City Bank, BRAC Bank, Visa, and Mastercard, subject to availability at the time of transaction. The minimum deposit amount is ৳100. There is no upper limit on a single deposit for verified accounts.

Withdrawal conditions:

• Withdrawals may only be processed to a payment method that has been previously used to fund the Account, or to a method verified in the Player's name during KYC.
• The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳500. Requests below this threshold will not be processed.
• Standard withdrawal processing time is one to six hours from the time the request is submitted, subject to KYC clearance.
• Players who have not completed KYC verification may be required to do so before their first withdrawal is processed.
• bg99 reserves the right to delay or withhold a withdrawal pending investigation if there are reasonable grounds to suspect fraudulent activity or a breach of these Terms.
• Deposits that have not been wagered at least once on any Bet may be subject to an administrative review before withdrawal is approved.

All Bets placed on the Platform are subject to the specific rules applicable to the relevant sport, market, event, or casino game. These rules are published within the Platform and may be updated from time to time. It is your responsibility to familiarise yourself with the applicable rules before placing any Bet.

• A Bet is confirmed and binding only once it has been accepted by the Platform and a confirmation reference number has been issued.
• bg99 reserves the right to void any Bet placed on an event that was incorrectly priced due to a manifest error, technical fault, or data feed failure.
• In the event of a dispute regarding the settlement of a Bet, the decision of bg99 is final, subject to the Player's right to raise a formal complaint as described in these Terms.
• Bets placed after an event has commenced (live/in-play bets) are accepted only where the Platform explicitly offers in-play markets for that event.
• bg99 reserves the right to impose maximum payout limits on any single Bet or accumulator, as published within the relevant market rules.
• Bets placed using Bonus Funds are subject to the wagering conditions attached to that bonus and may not count toward all market types.

For cricket markets specifically — including BPL, IPL, T20 World Cup, and Bangladesh Tigers fixtures — settlement will be based on official match results as declared by the relevant governing body (ICC, BCB, BCCI). Rain-affected matches and Duckworth-Lewis-Stern method results will be settled according to the officially declared outcome.

bg99 offers a range of promotional incentives to both new and existing players, including welcome bonuses, deposit match offers, free bets, cashback promotions, and seasonal offers tied to events such as BPL season launches, Eid, Pohela Boishakh, and T20 tournaments. All such promotions are governed by their own specific terms, which will be clearly published at the time the offer is made available.

• Bonus Funds are credited separately from real-money Balance and will be clearly labelled within your Account dashboard.
• Wagering requirements must be met in full before any Bonus Funds or winnings derived from Bonus Funds become eligible for withdrawal.
• Unless stated otherwise in the promotion-specific terms, Bonus Funds expire 30 days after the date of credit and any unused balance will be forfeited at expiry.
• bg99 reserves the right to modify, suspend, or withdraw any promotion at any time without prior notice, provided that ongoing wagering requirements already accepted by the Player remain honoured.
• Players found to be abusing promotional terms — including through the use of multiple accounts, betting on all outcomes of an event, or exploiting technical errors — will have their bonuses voided and may have their Accounts suspended.
• Promotions are intended for recreational players only and are not available to players who are enrolled in the self-exclusion programme.

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the Platform and will result in immediate Account suspension, forfeiture of Balances and Bonus Funds, and may be referred to relevant law enforcement authorities:

• Registering or operating more than one Account, whether under your own identity or under a false identity.
• Using automated software, bots, scripts, or any other technological means to access the Platform, place Bets, or gain an unfair advantage.
• Engaging in match-fixing, collusion with other Players, or any form of coordinated betting activity designed to manipulate outcomes or exploit Platform pricing.
• Depositing funds derived from illegal activity or using the Platform for money laundering or any other financial crime.
• Providing false, incomplete, or misleading information during registration, KYC, or any other process on the Platform.
• Accessing the Platform while subject to a self-exclusion order or during a cooling-off period.
• Deliberately exploiting technical faults, pricing errors, or system vulnerabilities to obtain an advantage.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the Platform for your personal, non-commercial betting and gaming purposes only. This licence does not permit you to:

• Modify, adapt, translate, or create derivative works based on any Platform content.
• Use any Platform content for commercial purposes, including advertising, marketing, or resale.
• Reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble any software component of the Platform.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, bg99 and its officers, directors, employees, agents, and service providers shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive losses or damages arising out of or in connection with your use of, or inability to use, the Platform, including but not limited to:

• Loss or corruption of data, or any interruption to or unavailability of the Platform.
• Losses arising from reliance on information published on the Platform.
• Losses resulting from unauthorised access to your Account where you have failed to maintain adequate credential security.
• Any delay or failure to perform any obligation under these Terms arising from causes beyond bg99's reasonable control, including internet service disruptions, payment provider outages, and force majeure events.

bg99 makes no warranty that the Platform will operate without interruption or be free from errors or technical faults. Scheduled and unscheduled maintenance periods may temporarily affect Platform availability. Where Platform unavailability causes the outcome of a live Bet to be uncertain, bg99 will apply its standard void policy and return stakes at its discretion.

Nothing in these Terms shall limit or exclude liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, fraud, or fraudulent misrepresentation, or any other liability that cannot be excluded or limited under applicable law.

bg99 collects, processes, and stores personal data in accordance with its Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms and Conditions by reference. By using the Platform, you consent to the collection and use of your personal data as described in the Privacy Policy.
